- ALAmber Lindsey1 day ago1.0The staff is very friendly. And the oil change is probably the only thing I can’t complain about. But everything else is why I will never go again. My brakes were grinding really bad. My normal mechanic is about 20 minutes away so I didn’t feel comfortable driving there with them. I thought to try here because it was close to me and I had a coupon. I see now what a huge mistake that was. First off, almost $800 just for the two front brakes to be done. My mechanic told me he would have only charged me $150. And a bunch of other places said they would charge me about $300 max if I wanted to do all four. Feel like I was robbed. I asked them to do my inspection since it was already there for the brakes. They told me it would be about $5000 minimum just to pass inspection. Found out that was all lies. They said needed to replace all 4 tires, would be about $900. Went to my usual tire place, only had to replace the back two and only paid $100. Went to my usual mechanic for a second opinion on the inspection. All I needed was a new gas cap. I was told here that I needed new suspension, the radiator was leaking, and a couple other things. I also asked them to look at my AC/heat because it only works while the car is moving and it’s pulling air in. Couldn’t find what was wrong. I asked them to check my drivers seat because it will go every way it needs to except back. They said it was the motor but they couldn’t find a new one. But my normal mechanic did. NEVER AGAIN!

I will definitely go back again and I would definitely recommend them!!! My experience was definitely above and beyond any dealership or larger repair chain.
