  Hands down the best! I had tried others and was truly about to give up and just rent. When someone told me that if anyone could get the loan to go through, it would be Jim at UHM. I closed on a condo this past week. He's very responsive and explains things as we go through the process. I'm forever grateful to him and his team. Will recommend him in the future.

  First-time homeowner that had attempted to go through two different lenders and things fell through for reasons that were beyond my control. My realtor advised we give Jim a try before I gave up on getting a house for that year since my husband and I were renting an apartment and the lease was set to renew. Jim pulled through and was phenomenal to work with. Not only did he get me approved, he did so quickly! He's extremely fast to respond back and helped me navigate a situation that was sadly much more drawn out than it should have been. I should have gone with him from the start. He was able to utilize local programs in my area (Michigan) which helped us secure a lower rate on the house as well as cover most fees associated with closing. Forever grateful to Jim as we had closed on our house back in September and I wake up grateful each day to have a space we can call our own. I've referred him to anyone who is even thinking of buying a house. He's determined to make things work and he has plenty of experience to back up his passion and competence in his field. We were able to close in less than 30 days after attempting to buy the house for about 3 months prior. He made the home buying process way easier and less stressful than it was originally and for that I am so appreciative. If/when my husband and I decide to move, we will surely be going through him to make things happen for us once more. :)

  Union Home Mortgage handled my Mortgage and Refinance - Perfectly! If I had to raye them from 1 to 10, with 10 being Highest. I would give them 50. They provide you with instruction for each step and always provides your next steps. Video's are provided for further explanation. If I had to score my Mortgage Rep, James Green on a scale from 1 to 10. I would give him 100. James Green is proactive and efficient with EXCEPTIONAL follow-up!
