  Hired this company to replace my standard doorbell which popped and burned out of the blue. Scheduled with Candy over the phone who is very nice and was up front with me about pricing and when they could come out. Jack came out, is very personable, knowledgeable, and patient. He assured me everything was in working order and explained what happened with the doorbell. Customer for life now!

  I called JF to help with an outlet that was not functioning in the crawl space. They estimated a reasonable price and offered to come out very quickly. The issue was a bit more involved than anticipated, but the team worked to identify the cause and resolve it. There were two other unrelated issues that they were happy to take care of while they were here - all being done within the original estimate. Marc even took the time to describe a bit more about GFIs, how they work, and how they are wired in my house. Now I have a better understanding should a similar issue come up in the future. I was very impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and honesty. I have found my new go-to electricians.

  Called JF Electrical contractors to fix an outdoor outlet. 90 minutes later Jack was at my door, diagnosed the problem, explained in great detail what the problem was and how it would be corrected. Jack was extremely efficient in his work and was very courteous while at my home. I would contract JF Electrical again just based on just based on Jack's demeanor during the service visit. I greatly value skill and honesty. Great customer service!
