  Awesome Staff!! I had my engagement ring done there and it came out exactly how I wanted it. They are very open to suggestions and constantly communicating throughout the process. I had the Pleasure of working with Gary Silva From JD and he was amazing. Made you feel welcome and assured we were in good hands. Very respectful and educated on the process. I couldn’t be happier with there work!! Thank You Gary and Jewelry Designs.

  There really is no better place for your engagement and wedding rings than Jewelry Designs. I got the engagement ring for my now-wife there with the help of Gary, who worked extremely diligently with me through the process to make sure that every detail was unique and perfect. I even got to watch the ring-creation process with their craftsmen, which is an awesome experience! When it came time to get our wedding rings, we had moved to Washington D.C, but still wanted to work with the JD team because we knew there wasn't going to be better service out there. We got to work with Gary again, who walked us through our options both over the phone and in person when we came back to CT to visit for a short while. Everyone at the store was incredibly kind to us, and walking in their doors felt more like arriving to a house full of your friends. It's clear how much time and energy they put into making their jewelry the best, and they even cleaned up my wife's engagement ring quickly and for free! We had the pleasure of working with Gary for our ring buying process, but I'm sure that no matter who helps you, you're not going to get a better experience than at Jewelry Designs.

  No surprises, amazing service, and my wife and I really felt like we were always part of the creative process. We had such an amazing time designing the special jewelry for our wedding. I would recommend anybody making themselves something special when they can afford to do so. It feels so incredibly special to really put yourself into the jewelry you wear. Ask for Richard and Steve! Tell them buddy sent ya!

  I love Jewelry Designs. The Best place around for custom jewelry fabrication and design! Had a ring made there 20 years ago and now just made a custom Ruby & Diamond engagement ring for my future wife. Tracey was the MOST helpful. Everyone I interacted with was great.

  The team at Jewelry Designs was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone I interacted with was so considerate, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. They went above and beyond to complete a time-sensitive adjustment for me, finishing it perfectly and ahead of schedule. Their dedication and care left such a positive impression.
