I was shopping for auto and a new Medicare supplement policy. I was hoping State Farm could match or beat what I was currently paying. I had State Farm auto for almost 20 years when I moved to California and was told State Farm wasn’t able to insure cars. After 2 years I get a text from State Farm offering supplemental insurance for Medicare. I called immediately. Linda who handled my auto insurance chge was thorough and quick and before I knew it I was saving 58/ on my car insurance with same or better benefits ☺️. Jessica in the same office handled my Medicare insurance. She is very knowledgeable and we completed application over the phone with ease. I also saved 30 on a new plan that is exactly the same. I love saving 88 dollars a month not to mention the amazing customer care I received. I have worked in customer service for over 50 years and this State Farm group is top notch. Today most customer service is very “touchy” in person or over the phone. I appreciate your professionalism ladies

Jessica and her team (especially Linda!!) worked with me for my renewal, and found ways to save me some money, even in this age of constantly increasing premiums.
In addition, Jessica took the time to listen to my frustrations (not with her, but with the state of insurance in California)-- and she really made me feel like she heard me, and was working to make things as beneficial as possible.
