About

University
This building was named after Jesse N. Knight, an important financial benefactor to BYU, and member of the university's board of trustees during the early 1900s. It was completed in 1960, and an annex with more classrooms and office space was added in 1966. Seismic upgrades and other renovations were completed in 2007. The building houses University Police, Freshman Mentoring, Human Resource Development, Visual Arts, the English Writing Center, the Humanities Publications Center, and the Office of IT Training and Communication.
