The absolute best experience dealing with any contractor EVER! I had reached out to several sprinkler companies by me and no one returned my calls. Searching the internet I came across Jersey Shore. I requested an estimate Sunday night by email and at 8:30 the next morning I got a call from Anthony ( the owner ) . He came by the next morning , left a folder with an estimate, contract, all the licenses his company has, and a page of clients from the Blue Claws Stadium to corporate and government properties. Immediately after receiving the signed contract Jersey Shore Sprinkler obtained the necessary permits, and started the job the next week. From email to completed job, 3 weeks. Drilled the well in one day and completed the sprinkler system the next day. The crew was friendly, courteous and hard working. The price was less than I expected. The entire experience quick and smooth. I repeat the best experience I’ve had with any contractor EVER! Thank you Anthony George Stork

UPDATE BELOW: REALLY disappointed. I changed the sprinkler heads on one of my zones. There are 5 in line heads. After I changed head 2 my water stopped. Odd. Figured I may have got some dirt trapped in there and I couldn't find it. But then I saw, in the back of my house where the zone come out, underground, of my home what seemed to be the ground (mostly sand) have raised up and look like a volcano. Became apparent I had an issue there. Just to make sure I check the 1st in line sprinkler head. There was no water passing though. I asked if the worker had a compressor. No. Ok, understandable, there pretty big but I did tell the woman on the phone that I though I may have a clog and it may need to be blown out. I showed them the area where it was apparent water had risen. But what did the guys want to do? Dig up and exam my entire line (zone) and I was was talking to the gentleman the other guy already began shoveling around the 3rd head. I asked "How could there be any problem with the lines in heads 2-5 if I we removed the 1st in line head and there was not any water flowing though?" His response was 'you'd be surprised'. I'm a retired engineer, if the 1st in line doesn't have any water passing though the problem is not in the forward lines. Cost would be around $500. Just doesn't make sense. These guys work in these homes all the time. (They're all pretty much the same. Retirement community) and didn't even offer to go into the crawl space where the well tank and feeder lines are. They just wanted to dig to where I don't see how there could possibly be an issue. Thanks but no thanks. Paid the $83 service call and considered myself lucky I at least know a little basic engineering. Be careful. UPDATE: True to his word, Anthony and I spoke the next day and he promised to send his man the following day to evaluate. He also agreed with me of how to trouble shoot the above issue. When Gary went to work we spent 3 min going over the problem and Gary agreed of where/what the issue could be. He went right down into the crawl space, which is not a pleasant task and began trouble shooting the zone in question. Within a few moments he found the Valve in my troubled zone was bad. Went back to his truck and retrieved a new valve and went back down below to replace it. This immediately solved the water flow issue but however magnified the line lead issue I knew I had and described as above. Right outside my homes back wall where the zones exit from the crawl space and created the volcano like mound that I did show the 1st team. This would not be an easy fix as this water line is surrounded by thick roots. With the help of my circular saw Gary sliced away to get at the break. This is a hard task and during the heat wave no less. Within about 1/2 an hour Gary got to the broken line and had the parts necessary to cut the damaged section and replace it with a new tube and clamps. All solved. Gary did an amazing job and would not give up. Plus he was just a great guy besides being a very experienced professional. A nice tip was included when all was done and well deserved. Bottom line: I'll now use Jersey Shore Lawn service to winterize and spring open my system. Anthony, the owner, does care about his customers and immediately made an obvious bad service call turn into a happy customer. The initial service call was an obvious blunder however the owner made it right and he did it fast. P.S. While I have no doubt Anthony has many well qualified employees you cannot go wrong if you ask for Gary. Thanks Anthony, you did the right thing, you did it fast and you have a great employee in Gary and your prices are more then fair.

Horrible customer service, non existent. Had them come out to winterize sprinklers, however was only able to blow out 1 of 5 zones. We were still charged the full price of $70 which was ok, but when asked to come back to do remaining zones we were told-by tech and when calling on the phone- that we would be charged another full price of $70! We called to ask to speak to a manager, was told "he's busy" and stated it would be an additional $70 to come back. We understand that it was our responsibility to fix the tiny issue (replace a plastic piece) to complete the job, however the company did not demonstrate compassion or good faith in working with us to come back at little or no cost. Will never use again.
