    Jerry Patton was my agent for less than 3 months. I felt like I had to call him non stop because my insurance was listed as invalid with the MVD and my registration was suspended and then revoked. This whole time, I believed Jerry was submitting the proof of insurance and some error was happening, and that he was really working on it. Well today, we got a resolution. He submitted the proof of insurance. For the first time. My insurance is now listed as valid. My vehicle registration status is active. All Jerry needed to do was make one phone call, or send one email, or mail one proof of insurance. Jerry says “ We are doing our best to help you clean up the account that landed in our office”. When I pointed out he had done nothing other than fail to complete one task for over two months, Jerry took offense and transferred me to a different agent. Good luck Jerry Hi Jerry, I thought I would respond to some of the inaccuracies I see in your response. The email I sent that contained “please just transfer me to the next agent” was after you had already threatened to transfer my account. My State Farm agent retired- over 10 years and I never met him and never had an issue. I was transferred to another agent and my registration was revoked due to “invalid insurance” and that agent also did not submit that insurance for 2-3 months until I complained and was transferred to you. You assured me that wouldn’t happen with you, but it did. As far as face to face meetings, we were waiting to resolve the “invalid insurance” before making any policy changes. Yesterday, when you suggested meeting, I agreed immediately. Obviously the meeting to discuss the invalid insurance was unnecessary as you did resolve that. Currently, I am a happy customer. All I ever asked you to do was validate the insurance with NM MVD/ IIDB. I think your ego has gotten in the way here. And finally, your last sentence is as untrue as the rest- you are no longer my State Farm agent and no longer able to assist me.

    Wonderful experience, Evelyn is an amazing communicator, she explained everything throughly and kindly helped me figure out a policy that works best for my current needs, at a reasonable price. I have just begun this policy so I have no feedback about making claims nor state farm themselves. However I am greatful that this is the office I'll be working with should anything arrise.
