since we all have to pay insurance going with Jerrad Ragsdell is your best bet! I have been with him for more than 12 years and not going anywhere, all of my kids and now to my grandkid are insured with jerrad from statefarm! Recently had to use our insurance for the first time for an accident within the family, we were helped from the beginning to the end...we didn't know what to do we called and we received help instantly all the way down to getting a rental! it all went so smooth that there was no stress involved... we received a message that said we see that you have filed a claim and we hope that everyone is OK! Arlena is the best I don't care how many times I call to add a car, take off a car, OR switch up a policy whatever it is she can keep up with everything! even when I can't! thank you Jerrad you hired an awesome staff!

Very nice and professional service from agent named Von. I started receiving many text messages and phone calls as soon as i started googling for an alternative car insurance to replace the one i currently have coz I felt i was being overcharged. I had a call from Von of State Farm. I like that he wasn't pushy, he was very professional and businesslike and also very patient. I took a little bit of time getting other quotes so I can compare but I ended calling back Von coz I found him easy to talk to, honest and he actually gave me a fair quote. The speed that he made things happen also told me that he is dependable.
