  This is one establishment I will visit again and again.... and recommend twice as many times. Their customer service is top tier ... The young lady at the counter on 11/1 around 9:00 was excellent ! The food hits .. everything we had was good ... wings , jerkfries and a rib combo .

  jerk fry and ribs portions was tiny compared all the other times kind of surprised . could’ve been a 5 but honestly the portion of ribs threw me off

  I’ve always loved Jerk Man BBQ — the food is full of flavor, and it used to be one of my favorite go-to spots. I primarily order delivery, and the first two times I ordered, the portions were generous and definitely worth the price, especially since the menu is on the higher side. However, lately I’ve noticed a big change in the quantity of food. I’m not sure which location my orders come from now, but the portions have been much smaller than before. I even visited the new West Colonial location in person and ordered a large jerk fry, and the plate was noticeably empty compared to how it used to be. I truly enjoy your food and want to keep supporting your business, but consistency is really important — especially for loyal customers who have been there from the start. I hope the team can address this and get back to the quality and portion sizes that made Jerk Man BBQ stand out in the first place. To add on at that new location, I can understand we all love our phones, but they all just on their phones and have a attitude the food take long and to my surprise for my plate to be empty absolutely not. Before I even left this review, I tried two times to see if it was gonna change cause you know people slack off here and then, but I got the same type of service again.
