Nowadays one can by insurance online for a cheap price. And that’s all you get. However the best customer service we have ever had was from the office of Jeri McKinley in Houston. Each and every employee was professional in returning all phone calls and thorough follow ups to all our questions. They worked on our problem for 5 months and got us the refund from FEMA that was owed us. We would never have seen our refund check without their persistence. If we had continued to live in Houston we would definitely have bought our policies again with this tireless team at State Farm in the Heights. Best service ever.

State Farm has been amazing for me and my family. I live in Montana and my parents are in Houston, and they’ve taken care of us in both states with no issues. John, my agent, wasted no time—he emailed me right away, called me, and set everything up just how I needed. Between three houses and eight vehicles, I thought it would be complicated, but he made it super easy. Honestly, I can’t complain at all.
