  Jennifer has been my attorney since I first filed for divorce in 2018 and has continued to represent me in multiple post-decree, high-conflict matters. She is intelligent, responsive and advocates for the best interest of my children (and me). She is truthful, and fair both inside and outside of the courtroom. When it comes to hearings and trials, she has a no nonsense, fact driven approach and she is fierce when presenting or rebutting evidence. Her written motions/ responses/ documents are clear and extremely thorough. She is cost-conscientious when it comes to these matters, and, has advised me appropriately and provided clear expectations for me to consider and decide the path we should take. While the case lasted much longer than I had hoped (due to opposing counsel/party), Jennifer was an ally the entire time. My case closed last week, I have written orders from the will county Judge, and I couldn’t be more ecstatic. What began as a post-decree motion for contempt against me, ended with a ruling and agreement between us parties. The motion for contempt was dismissed and I was awarded the opportunity to have more time with my kids. Additionally, I am now receiving more support and contribution towards expenses for the benefit of our children. I highly recommend Ms. Clancy and thank her for all her hard work on my difficult case.

  Jennifer represented me in my divorce/custody case, which was complicated due to my ex filing countless motions and making sure that he drags on the case for as long as possible. She is polite, very professional, and makes the entire process as easy as possible given the circumstances. I am extremely pleased with her representation, and I am so grateful that me and my children are finally able to have some peace and consistency. I would't recommend anyone else, because she is really good at what she does. Thank you so much!!!

  Very professional she's not the used-car salesman that you're used to dealing with she listens and is assertive she won't play games with you ,I will definitely use her again
