I am very disappointed with the service I received at Jenkins Genesis. I called about a week before September 8th to schedule service for my car because the check engine light came on. When I called, I was told there was a recall and scheduled to bring it in on September 8th, which I did. They gave me a loaner car, but after that, the communication went downhill.
I had to call the next day for an update and was told by my advisor, Kayla, that they needed to order a cluster for my car, which would take about three days. By Saturday (four days later), I still hadn’t heard anything. I called again and spoke with Paul, who said he would check with Kayla. Instead of calling me back, he called my husband (even though all communication had been with me) and told him they had to order a part that wouldn’t be in until Wednesday September 17th.
What bothers me most is the lack of communication and inconsistency. If the part was supposedly ordered the week before, why am I just now being told on Saturday that it still needed to be ordered? It makes me question whether the part was ever ordered in the first place or if my car is just being pushed aside because I have a loaner.
This is not my first negative experience with this location. My advisor often comes across as rude, and the lack of updates is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to call every single time to find out what’s going on with my own car.
At this point, I am extremely frustrated and will be reporting my complaint to Genesis corporate. Customers deserve better communication and honesty.
No communication, and poor customer service. Slow service department with no loaners vehicles available, and no willingness to help. Fortunately this is not the only Genesis dealer in town - take your vehicle elsewhere for repairs.

Had a bad experience trying to deal with this dealership, especially the GM, Chris. Felt pressured into buying a car from them when just simply asking a few questions. Will be taking my business to a different dealership and to a different car brand altogether.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Jenkins Genesis of NE Jacksonville! Everyone we worked with was professional, transparent and a true delight. Big shout out to Gerald Nurse - a truly down to earth sales person! He was amazing in walking us through all options and made sure we made the best decision for us - our beautiful new GV70. We will forever be apart of the family. Highly recommend!!

had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. From the moment I contacted them, I was met with high-pressure sales tactics and a push to make a decision before I was ready. When I asked for time to review my options, the staff became dismissive and even berated me for not buying on the spot.
Car buying should be a thoughtful process, but instead, I felt rushed, disrespected, and pressured into making a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. This is not the kind of environment I’d expect when making such a major purchase.
If you’re someone who values transparency, respect, and the ability to make an informed decision at your own pace, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
