I found an arrangement on their website and I called to place the order. At the time, I stated that I had received very bad service from two other florists (elsewhere in the country) and that when the orders arrived, they were nothing like what had been advertised on their website. In a nutshell, Heather at the store listened to my concerns, addressed all of them, and assured me that everything would be as I requested. In the end, she proved to be 1000% right! I am forever grateful for the speedy service, the positive and friendly professionalism, and for the 100% accuracy of my order! If I ever need to send flowers again in this area, Jen-Mor will be my one and only call! OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!!! Thank you again!!!!

I asked for a Blue Bird and Purple and Lavender flowers. It was an Absolutely Beautiful arrangement!! This year, I am home in Florida and wanted to send a Bouquet of Flowers for my Mother's Birthday. I was so happy to know where to order my flowers and went to their website and order ed the Flowers with confidence that the arrangement would be PERFECT !! They were out of the Lavender Roses that I wanted But quickly got some for my order and made it, just like the Photo on their website. I was really surprised how they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my Order, especially since I am out of state and they could have just substituted anything. Thank you Genia for your quick, and personal customer service. My Mother Loves Her Lavender Flowers!!
