  Breanna was a great server...had the wings and they were great. Noticed that the decor had college pennant for all of the SEC teams and others non SEC....However they did not have an OU pennant. I mentioned it to the manager on duty and she basically said no one cares...not worth it....not the answer I expected as a member of the SEC. Not the answer I expected from the manager. I guess she didn't like the fact that OU beat Alabama and Auburn last year and already beat Auburn again this year!

  We stopped in on Wednesday around lunch time and Breanna took very good care of us. We had 2 burgers and a grilled chicken sandwich. One of the burgers was the fried pickle burger and I had a bacon with cheese. My burger was SO good, and I asked for extra pickles about 3 times and she got them right to me. She told us they were running on two servers that day but we couldn't tell because she was so attentive to us. 10/10 recommend. Plus, the weather is getting so nice and the option you have to sit outside or inside is so nice. Will definitely be back!

  I have been a regular since about June, I always sat with my favorite server Kaylyn - she knew my drink and wing order Everytime without missing a beat. Always made time for us but could seamlessly juggle 4 or more tables on her own with a smile on her face and never skipping a beat when those days got busy. On my last visit I asked for her but learned she’s not working there anymore and although the food is good and the rest of the staff is friendly - the experience and service didn’t hold up to what we were given in the past. My family came back as frequently as we did because she took such great care of us each time, her skills and her presence will be sorely missed.

  We came here for lunch on our cheat day and had baked oysters, loaded fries, fried pickle burger and Philly cheese steak AND the new waffle sundae. Breanna W was our waitress and she was so sweet and attentive and made sure everything was just right. She really made a good experience great and we will definitely be back. 🥧

  My family and I came to Jefferson's twice in one week. The food is absolutely delicious! Our first visit was super crowded and we did not see our waitress much at all. She refilled one of our drinks out of the five of us. I get it, things get busy and she was seen waiting several tables. We were happy just to be able to eat some good food with our family. However, our second visit left us feeling satisfied not just with the food and family time but with how well our service was. Our waitress, Breanna W., was absolutely phenomenal! Not only did she have great communication skills, she was very polite, respectful, and noticed everything from our cups getting empty, to our kids not having a dipping sauce and offering if we would like her to bring any, to checking in with us multiple times. Sometimes I did not even see her come by to refill our cups! She was very prompt and knew what she was doing while waiting on other tables. Breanna looked to be in her element and brought some real southern hospitality to the restaraunt! My fiancé' and I ordered the buffalo shrimp baskets while my MIL ordered the chicken wrap, then kids meals for our sons. We dined with Breanna serving on 9/30.
