Liz was a wonderful salesperson to work with. I had an issue with the car after purchase, but it is being corrected before the end of the first business day since I made the purchase. I have been contacted by multiple Jeff Wyler employees immediately and they have been apologetic and quick to handle everything. On top of that they are providing a loaner vehicle while they correct the issue. Made my day. I am super grateful and very pleased.

The worst experience with a business I have ever had. Nissan Kicks is already a poor excuse for an automobile and now their service department matches. My vehicle has been in the body shop in Fairfield for 3 months to repair a side impact accident. I called on multiple occasions to check progress. NEVER did the shop call me to update progress or tell me of issues with insurance coverage...which I could have remedied quickly. The only time they did call was to tell me I owed $2000-3000 for additional repairs. The accident was covered by the at fault party, not me. PJ and Ben were less than helpful. Sarah was the ONLY person that was helpful in this whole experience. I will be selling this car to Carvana and purchasing a quality Honda from them or CarMax. I will never purchase another Nissan or go to Jeff Wyler again.

I feel like they are just over priced when it comes to parts paying double of what it cost. Then today took I tried to take a car in to get looked at and they said I had to pay upfront just for diagnostic like since when? No other place makes you pay first you pay after the diagnostic and if you decide to get the work done it usually just goes towards that smh.

This was by far the best experience I had purchasing a new car. I did it completely on the internet by text only with no pressure to buy anything I didn’t want. The sales person Liz was wonderful and the F & I manager was very nice. The price was very good and highly competitive. If the service experience on the new Rogue is as good as the sales experience was I will be a happy customer and will return when I need another new car.

My sales rep was Liz and for the most part she did an excellent job at being attentive and working on meeting my needs for a new Sentra. The process took all evening and into the night and Liz continued to show how customer friendly she is and has a very calm demeanor. I also appreciated the fact she indulged my son in test driving his dream car.
Now for the concerns, I immediately saw the car I wanted and Liz checked the price in front of me and she said the car was priced at 20,000 and I was excited and ready to buy, but when they gave me the numbers the total with tax/fees and $ rolled over included came to 32,000 (SHOCKED). They tacted on an additional $5500 for car package that I had NO IDEA was already on the car. Liz never mentioned a package or outlined what the package included until AFTER they ran the numbers. I was going to walk out of there! Wasting my entire evening. The manager made some adjustments and I did buy the car. Beware...always read the label on the car and ask a lot of questions about packages. They won't tell u upfront.
