  March 25, 2024 and March 28, 2024 and oil change, CVT Fluid changed and front brake overhaul. I had a better time with service this time. Hence I increased rating to 4. PS...the battery replaced last year, the very same battery I found corresion on the post was now found defective, replaced and covered under warranty. I told the service advisor "that's because you didn't change it a year ago (at 4 yrs)." He claims not possible. Amusingly, when I got the brake work done 2 days they sent me a video inspection report. Imagine that? M. ........ I dropped the rating a tad, last I was in I had to go back twice immediately after visit... oil minder not reset and piece of plastic hood trim sticking up. The brake fluid was changed and apparently to access the brake fluid the tech moved the plastic trim, but forgot it and closed the hood. I noticed a few months later, there was corrosion on battery post. Odd, I thought since I had them replace the battery. A good installation of a battery requires cleaning of the posts and brackets. They know the next time I'm in, I want to see the date stamp on that battery. Over the years, I've been generally okay with service, I'm hoping this isn't a new trend. And really, not resetting an oil minder is sloppy. They used to do that when the vehicle first came in. ...... Older review: I know what people say about dealerships - but more than once - I rolled into the place -- got replacement windshield wipers or something I needed ASAP -- and boom it was done and in stock.

  ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR!!! EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED, WILL HAVE YOUR CAR FOR DAYS JUST SITTING NOT EVEN WORKING ON IT!!! GOOD LUCK IF YOU CALL YOU WILL GET THE RUN-AROUND!!! NO ONE WILL EVER CALL YOU BACK
