It’s that kind of personal attention that I like. He went over everything about the vehicle in detail and about the purchase and made the whole process very pleasant and actually enjoyable. He wanted to make sure we didn’t just like the vehicle, but that we loved it. He was even training someone on how to do it right. What a great sales role model.
