I took my car in for service, and they had it for five days but said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. A week after getting it back, my car stalled again, and I later found out the problem was just a loose nut on the battery. When I went to pick up my car, they told me it was parked in the front lot, but it wasn’t there. I went back inside to ask for help, and they sent me to the side of the building, but it still wasn’t there. They had actually lost my car. After asking for help several times, a salesperson finally got a golf cart and found my car all the way in the back lot. I ended up spending about an hour just trying to pick up my car, the same car they couldn’t find anything wrong with, even though the issue was simply a loose battery connection, and they still charged me $200 for that diagnostic.

Everything went well and I received my bill on line when I got to the dealership I gave Jason a $50.00 coupon and when I got home I noticed a $76.11 surcharge on the second bill I called and left him a message and ask what it was for because it wasn’t on the first bill and he never returned my call also missing a valve stem cap. Every time I take my car in for oil change and tire rotation I walk out paying over $1000.00 dollars this time $2500.00 it’s getting ridiculous.

**BE CAREFUL** took my wife’s car in for an oil change and they stated that her brakes needed work previously (new pads & rotors all around). When they gave me a report they said that all was fine and then gave me a different quote than the one before (they did not check the car out like they say they did). So I took it to triple AAA where they did a free break check and noticed that the front brakes only needed replacing for a fraction of what they were trying to charge. $400 per axil with Bob Summeral vs $900 per axil (not including gimmicky shop fees) with Scam Wyler.

Blake the sales manager was super aggressive and didn’t like how I knew what I was talking about. Just ask for another manager. Dan was super cool! He was calm collected and knew how to answer my concerns. But Blake you need to chill and learn to be more professional and respectful to customers. I’ve been in sales for 3 years and would never act that way if I was trying to earn someone’s business. Thanks for being cool Dan!!

Brought my trax in 30 mins early, service took close to 2 hours, also they said oil plug was stripped and they had trouble with it and needed to be replaced, they are the only one who did the oil changes on this car so they stripped it previously, also second time car was smoking burning off oil they spilled, also no windshield washer fluid was added and im pretty sure they didnt rotate the tires as it still has a low front right tire same as I brought it in. Horrible experience. I think its time to take my business elsewhere after buying 3 new cars from this location.
