It was a Friday morning at 9 am, and I needed a new washer and dryer. I had them picked out and was deciding where to order them from online. All the websites had a several week delivery time. Thankfully I decided to pop into Jeff Lynch - they not only had what I wanted in stock, but they could deliver it the next day (a Saturday!) Tony Siler was extremely kind and helpful. Jason and Hunter arrived and very quickly and professionally installed the stacking washer/dryer and took the old ones away. This was an incredibly seamless experience and I am very impressed with Jeff Lynch!

I had a great experience purchasing a Speed Queen washer and dryer. Winston Parker was very knowledgeable and helpful and made it very easy for me. Michael and Kamonie were nice and very professional with the installation. Michael called first thing to let me know timing and they arrived when they said they would and hauled my old appliances away. Very streamlined experience.
These guys are awesome. They go above and beyond to help. I’ve purchased several appliances from them. Kitchen, laundry & freezers. They are very knowledgeable and provide exceptional service and support during and after the sale. Unfortunately we’ve had to have some repairs done but service is as easy and just a phone call away. Our washer just messed up and Keith was very helpful getting the service scheduled for repair. Thank you Keith & Jeff Lynch. You guys are awesome.

Does Jeff Lynch (JL) sell less that first quality furniture? My experience leads me to believe they do. We moved here last year and purchased several items from JL. Every single item we purchased had to either be repaired, replaced or refunded. We purchased a high end Stearns and Foster mattress. Within the first two months you could see clear indentations of where we slept. JL came out, measured and the mattress was deemed to be defective. We decided to buy another brand. We purchased a Smith Brothers sofa that arrived with the three back pillows all different sizes. Extra filling had to be added to them to get them looking the way they should have. We purchased two Flex Steel chairs. One was worked on three times, was finally replaced and the replacement chair was as bad as the original. After being repaired it was still as bad as it was before. I finally got a refund on the chair and I certainly did not buy a replacement for it from JL. The other chair we purchased had the foam seat cushion showing signs of wear within about six months. It has been repaired but still needs more padding to the seat where it had sagged so much. In today's climate it's not that unusual to get items that are less quality than you hope they will be. Had there just been a problem with one of the items we purchased, I would have just thought "par for the course", but for every item we purchased to be as bad as it is/was, you really have to ask yourself..."Is this really first quality items?" I would need a lot of convincing to believe that. Needless to say, we have purchased our last items from JL.

Justin and Phoenix delivered my first set of furniture. They did an awesome job and were very careful not to damage my walls or floors. My couch wouldn’t go upstairs but we will figure something out if we have to cut the dang thing in half. I really really love my furniture and the materials we chose. They look just like the samples which does not happen everywhere you special order furniture. Bridget and Warren have been helping us with this part of our order and they make us feel like family! Thank you Justin and Phoenix for the heavy careful lifting and very kind young men.
