The office is great at customer service . I had a truck run into my car, my insurance only paid the $1000 limit toward the rental car. My car was in the shop for a month due to the damage. The other company is still battling me in court over this diesel that didn't see me, and I have this 3k rental car bill. I had full coverage but that didn't cover my vehicles rental over a stated amount. I didn't get a get well card. I have had State Farm for 20 years. I guess that's the way insurance works. They curl up in a ball when shit hits the fan. Does anyone really like California Insurance?
