After my first review, I got a response that Jeff would like the opportunity to speak with me directly... Never heard from him... After my second review, I was told to call his office... Well, the first one implied he would reach out to me? Our loss was over a month ago and I've still not heard from Jeff. I'm unable to find anyone to give me truthful answers regarding my policy and coverage if they give me an answer at all... It's generally met with 'I'm not sure. Let me have someone else call you' only for the person who calls to not know anything. I've asked a lady named Andrea several times if Jeff will ever care enough about his clients to pick up the phone but I suppose he's been busy out of the country then with speaking engagements. The claims handler we've been assigned to is rude and refuses to read the entire policy..if you correct him on parts of the policy he ignores, he hangs up on you and doesn't communicate with you at all...I'm curious at what point should I get others involved to look out for my interest and explain policy and coverages because Jeff sure isn't interested!

Nicoleeeee! She had top tier customer service ! She’s very knowledgeable takes pride in what she does. I have been with Nicole at State Farm since I was about 17 I’m almost 40! She does whatever she can to make the transactions fast but prompt . I’ve never had to instruct her correct anything ! Not saying she’s perfect but she KIND OF IS 😂 highly recommend getting your quotes with Nicole she’s very honest and straight to the point on what policies work best for you. She will make sure you know what your full options are at State Farm! She’s not pushy! But she will make sure that you know what’s available and that you will be in good hands
