I just love their commercial. It makes me laugh every time haha. I thought they were a pie shop, bit disappointed that they weren't. Definitely recommend.

Good first contact, poor follow up. I would not recommend them.
Is it really advised to work with a general contractor that does all the work themselves?
We at Jeebs & Zuzu feel that working from beginning to end with our customers means we all get to know what the project is about and understand the end results from the start. We feel it makes sense to control expenses, manage your expectations, and keep the unbearably numerous people to a minimum in design and on your property.
Do I need to work with Jeebs & Zuzu on all aspects of my project? Can I choose different contractors?
Jeebs & Zuzu has long-standing and solid relationships with all sub-contractors that we work with. This makes sure we can deliver the results you expect, that the sub-contractors have been well-vetted for their quality and professionalism, and that the project timeline is kept to a minimum because of the coordinated work we offer
Are you a commercial or residential general contractor?
We offer expertise for both businesses as well as individuals. We feel that our knowledge and experience can bring results to whatever your project is because we feel that both types of work can be expertly leveraged to bring the results you want to your project.

Why should I consider building on my own property with Jeebs & Zuzu?
A variety of factors come into play as to why you should work with Jeebs & Zuzu, including a meticulous design process (in which you will make decisions on each element of your property), permit acquisition, site development, and, of course, the construction itself. Our experience with both commercial and residential projects allows us to bring a special twist to spectacular results!
What are the real savings of working with one company to develop, design, and build my project?
Studies have shown that working with a professionally licensed firm that provides architecture and construction together can deliver 6.1% lower building supply cost, 12.0% faster construction time, and 33.5% faster overall project time. This doesn’t include the benefit of working with one company instead of many (sometimes dozens)!
Does Jeebs & Zuzu control the design of my project?
Every project is unique, and the design is driven by you. You are THE integral part of our design team. The plans are yours to own and will never be used again. Additionally, no changes to any part of the project will be made without your complete involvement.
What are the most important considerations about a remodeling project?
At Jeebs & Zuzu, the most important factor for any construction project is regarding what your goals are for the project. This lays the foundation for other important considerations, such as your aesthetic preferences and goals, your budget for the renovation, and your renovation timeline. We help outline these and hundreds more considerations.
How much should I budget for a remodeling project?
Each project is unique according to the existing structure, the size of the project, and your wants and needs. As a design-build firm, we take every nuance into consideration and work to deliver the results you want within the timeline and budget you set. Our professional expertise lends specific benefits to you in managing all these things.
What are some hidden things about a remodeling project you take care of?
On top of all the factors in delivering the best results (aesthetically, financially, safely), there are many things that Jeebs & Zuzu takes care of that ease the process of finishing your project on time. Some of these include permitting, inspections, insurance and bonding, safety management, and supplier and sub-contractor relations.
