However, the driver was dressed in a hoodie and pants, he had to unroll his window to unlock his door, he did not open the door for us or help with our luggage. There was a ton of stuff thrown in his trunk so there was no room to put our luggage. We kindly asked him to put the heat on 3 times and he didn’t even respond because he had AirPods in. Unfortunately this will be our last time using this service.
