  I'd give it 5 stars, but... I made an appointment with LYNDA (please never make an appointment with her) for a balayage at 2:30pm today. I came in before with my mother, but she was not there yet, so my mother was attended by another stylist first and I then I waited for my appointment at my car. I came back at 2:30 and she was not there yet, so I waited inside JCP for 20 minutes. One of the stylists told me she was not there yet because she thought my appointment was at 3:30pm (?). So I went to my car again to wait for her at 3:30 and she finally was there. When she started checking my hair she rudely told me she cannot attend me because I have lice. I was in shock because first I have no kids, secondly, I don't work handling with kids at all and third I've not seen any of my nieces nor nephews for almost a year. In addition, I share hairbrush with my mom and her stylist did not find any lice or anything. I went to a lice clinic after that and they did find any single lice, the lady that attended me told me it was dander!!! In summary, Lynda came to my appointment ONE hour late and in top of that she could not simply double check if indeed it was lice or dander. She also started saying to the other stylists I had lice. I think she was so unprofessional, rude and she clearly did not want to work today. On the other hand, the other stylist that attended my mother was very nice with us. I'd say DON'T MAKE APPOINTMENTS WITH LYNDA.

  Disappointed that my scheduled appointment was not kept, I even rescheduled and still didn't get my hair done.
