I went to get touch-up highlights and Jenn is supposed to be a master color stylist but she destroyed my hair. The highlights that she did turned orange. When I went the following day to let them know what happened, they refused to give me a refund. I’ve been there before but the person who previously did it changed states so I tried going with someone else and this was the outcome. I now understand why they never have customers. Never again.
