Arrived at 12:45. Was told she just needed to clean up her station. Waited twenty minutes with a cranky (not terrible) 3 year old. At 1:10 I asked if there was any way to know how much longer it would be. She asked the stylist who said at least another 20 minutes. Why did we schedule an appointment? It wasn’t a busy day at all.

My stylist was Micah and she was so nice, informative, and a real professional.(Not like great clips) I absolutely love my haircut! Definitely recommend.

At the recommendation of a friend on a certain stylist I apprehensively made an appointment and went to get my haircut. The beautician did not give me anything close to what I requested and my cut is not even. My friend recommended that I reach back out to the salon but I'm not comfortable returning to a place where my hair experience was not good.

I understand computers aren’t fail proof but I had a screenshot of the confirmation as proof and they still refused to remedy their error. They were very unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.
