But told me how bad the other lady did on my hair. Saw her a few times then she wasn't available and I saw another lady. She took the length of the V shape in the back of my hair and cut it all off blunt. Nearly a years growth even though I told her I've been trying to grow my hair out for 3 years. The manager was condescending and basically told me the lady had been there over 20 years. I don't care how long you've done anything there's always potential for mistakes, I recognize this in my own life. The manager refunded my cut even though I didn't ask her to, but was rude about it. An apology would've been better.
