  Let me start by saying not all the stylists are bad, if they were, I wouldn't have frequented this establishment for years. I did have a really bad experience with Kenzie. I really had a feeling I shouldn't have had her do my hair but I did it anyway as I wanted to go one shade lighter than my natural hair color. Fast forward two hours, my hair ended up a strange school bus yellow orange. Not only that, she put a second round of color on my head, slapped a cap on it and sent me on my way to wash it out myself. The absolute worst part was her friend that came in about five minutes into the entire process. I told him not to distract her and maybe they thought I was joking, but I wasn't. To me, it wasn't a joke. He continued to stay at the salon for over an hour, making constant rude comments about me as if I wasn't there. He just kept saying, "I feel bad for that lady." He should feel bad because I had an appointment there and I wasn't paying for him to come in there and berate me. And I don't know if my results were so terrible because she was distracted and I will never know. Other people's hair is not your learning curve; there are times you need to take yourself seriously or no one else will. Live and learn.
