Customer in front of me made the same comment. These things didn't make for a pleasant shopping experience. Furthermore, as I was leaving there was discussion of staff just missing a shoplifter. Nice location, but likely understaffed. I hope things are resolved the next time I visit.

I had to try to find some shorts that fit me but because they were on clearance they were all out of my size so I had to get my money back but they gave it back no problem. They were very helpful. Very nice people at this store. I truly enjoy JCPenney
