  I was told that they had a certain dress so I left northpark mall and drove over here. When I got here I asked for the dress. To my surprise it wasn't the correct dress. I even gave the clerk the number. I liked those dresses she pulled except for the price. I was looking for prom dresses on clearance. I just bought one at northpark for 5 dollars. They showed me to the prom dresses they had left and I found one that would have worked. They rang it up and said 30 dollars and I told them I just got the other marked the same as this one for 5 dollars. They told me no way and I brought up what happened with me coming over here really for nothing and that I would pay a little more but not the 30 dollars and she rudely said it is 30 dollars or nothing. The other lady working with pulled up the correct dress and she looked at it and then said meanly I don't care 30 dollars or no dress. She made me feel like I wasn't a person. I have never dealt with such a rude and disrespectful person before. She has long dark hair and was at work just while I am writing this. You don't want to go to this jcpenny because of this witch working there. I normally don't call people names or write reviews but she really made me mad.

  I Bought 7 Shirts, the Cashier didn’t even Fold my shirts just thru them in the Bag. Wow that how we treating our customers Now

  I was able to find a couple things I needed but I couldn't find any pants at my inseam that would fit me
