  I found my sister and my birthstones necklaces valued at $150 EA for only $39.95 each; plus I found some earrings (2 pair) for $6.00 each. Bargain buys.

  The girls in the jewelry section always work so hard. They are friendly, incredibly knowledgeable of the sales and keep their cases clean! I always tell people to look at JCP for affordable engagement pieces.

  This is the best JCPenney in the nation. The people working here are fantastic and they always have something for everyone.

  I rarely come to JCPenney but I needed a dress for an event. I don’t shop enough to get a card or have an account. At the register they asked the usual questions “do you have a JCPenney card, your phone number for your account or if you want to donate”. I answered no to all the questions with no problem. I had my five year old daughter with me and of course she’s going to be talkative and hyper. Well when I kept saying no to the questions my daughter interjected “ no thank you! We just want the dress” she was being funny and was hyper that day and I told her to shh and apologized. Well the cashier Jackie snapped at her and said “Im just doing my job. I have rent to pay” I understand if it was directed towards me and I was being rude and treating her disrespectfully but we never did. I didn’t appreciate her talking to my child this way and it was very inappropriate. Once again I rarely come to Jcpenny and I don’t think I will come back again just from this one interaction during the one time I decided to shop here.
