Big store. Two stories, it was kind of hard to find what we were looking for.

Went to buy a tuxedo for my son. I was unsure about size and fit but had help from two amazing associates, Conner and Rosa. They were very patient, made sure we had all we needed in the correct size. Thank you Conner and Rosa you made our shopping experience great.

Alanis did an excellent job during our newborn session. She was patient, professional, and made sure we had the experience we were looking for, even though there was a bit of a wait. She handled everything calmly and with care. That said, management really needs to ensure there are at least two staff members available on weekends. Expecting one person to manage everything creates unnecessary stress. Alanis remained calm, collected, and professional, but the situation could have been avoided with better scheduling to improve customer experience. I’m proud of Alanis for managing the high volume of customers so professionally on her own, but I was frustrated with the scheduling team for leaving her to handle it all by herself. Please address this by staffing appropriately, this should be a priority.
