  I had a very frustrating experience with manager SABRINA B I waited in line for about 10 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, the cashier had to call her over. When Sabrina arrived, she seemed distracted and made little effort to help locate my rewards account, simply referring me to use a phone number instead. The lack of attention and customer care made the situation even more frustrating. To make things worse, there were only two cashiers working even though there were more than 4 registers available. It’s disappointing to see such poor management and long wait times. Associates also don’t always acknowledge you on the floor.

  Hate shopping at Penny's, the lines are very long and only 1 area to pay. And usually there is only 1 or 2 cashiers available and they do returns and online and take care of registers. It is ridiculous and terrible experience with this store. I'm a senior citizen and I dont have the patience to stand in line for 10 minutes.

  JCPenny had everything I was looking for just as advertised. Associates are all very helpful and friendly. Store is also well organized.

  Staff is great! But how long will JC Penny's make their employees work in this heat and stay so nice, pleasant, & helpful! For some of us customers it's unbearable to enjoy shopping at this temperature. We came to get our hair done as a special girls day. The staff was great! They seemed to be used to it. BUT I left dehydrated from sweating so much. They kept apologizing but a small fan is just not enough with a room full of clients! Come on JC Penny's
