- SLSydney LOct 25, 20251.0Spent 30 minutes finding the right item, only to be told by the people at the register, "sorry our registers are down today". I recommended that they should probably let people know that when they walk into the store. The girl smirked at me, and said "we're doing our best." I said "I understand but we just wasted our time here when we could've gone somewhere else." The other male cashier goes, "it's not that serious, just chill out." JC Penney sucks as it is, but now I'm definitely not going back.
