  The 2 ladies working around fitting rooms and women's clothes on The afternoon of Oct 30th were amazing! They helped me choose a dress for an important event. Even suggested shoes & accessories. They made me feel like I was shopping in days gone by. Keep this up and you'll bring people back into the store year round. Thank you!!

  Can't get back upstairs once you go down. Then have register in front of the store closed to get into the mall (to go upstairs) so you have to walk all the way to the back to checkout even though that's where you came from in order to walk to the front and leave into the mall so you can get back upstairs.

  My husband and I have always loved JCPenney! Recently, we visited the Southridge location and were helped by Nor (0836) who was incredibly sweet and kind. She helped us find some clothes for our friend who is in need along with sorting out our coupons to help us get the best prices. We hope to see her again!

  Very clean and well run. Specifically I had a good experience with one of the worker(Jayden). He helped pick out some shoes for my mothers birthday and overall seemed like he knew what he was doing. Highly recommend going to him next time.

  Very clean store and well stocked- but as it is most times there is never enough check peeps- had the walk the store to find someone to give money too!!
