    I went to JCPenney to exchange a bra for my mother I don’t remember the young lady’s name but she made my day she was rather new but told me she loves her job at JCPenney she was so amazing she had the best attitude and was so helpful thank you again

    It’s the old standby when you need something but the store is sparsely stocked and it’s a bit of a mess. Definite feeling like everyone working there has given up that I can’t fault them about.
