I'm not sure if anyone's noticed, but the beauty area is a bit of a mess, The products in the aisle are kind of a hazard, and it'd be great if they could be organized better, And can someone please clean the testers? Some of them are looking pretty grimy. DON’T FORGET THE RESTROOM 💩, please

Curbside pick up. Couldn't pickup because I wasn't the name for pick-up yet I had all the boxes checked, order number, pick-up pic of ID of disabled person, whom picking up for. No empathy! Contacted customer service charged pick up name. Now thinking update is done; now expecting curbside again? Definitely NO! Per pick up department names hadn't been updated yet. Ok well we wait. Still no update after 15 minutes. Contacted customer service and now they tell it will be an additional 3-5 business days before the update happens at the actual store. My hands are tied until possible next Friday! Now what the entire....? So end result, ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF TIME!

They never answer their phones and when they do answer they just hang up on me. Even the manager! My orders were marked picked up when I was at home! No one picked them up. This is fraudulent. If I don’t get my refund I will be seeking legal action.

I bought clothes worth over $600 only to get home and realize one of the shorts was a XXL instead of XL , came in to change it but realized I had forgotten the receipt so had someone take a picture and send it to me as proof of purchase. The manager claims the bottom part of the picture is not clearly visible so they can’t change it meanwhile I drove all the way from ever green to Southlands mall JCPenney branch . The manager and supervisors customer service are very terrible and should both be fired .
