  Second time visiting this mall up in the Bay Area and I have to say never disappoints to this day at all nice selection of clothing and good sales etc and a lot more selections inside the mall it’s self to choose from.

  I can't say about the other departments, but the jewelry department gets 5 stars!! Marisa was great, helped in every step and was patient through all of it. Great customer service, Marisa, thank you.

  Took my wedding ring set to be sized, was told it would be back no later than 4 weeks but as early as 2 weeks. So it would be on time for my engagement pictures. Total time was 5 weeks, had to reschedule pictures. Warranty was bought specifically for sizing which was over $300. Extremely disappointed in JCP. No one could track it, no one would call to see what the status was either. Do better JCP!

  Wonderful store. Huge shout out to Michelle and Nick. They are just two of the many excellent people working at this location. I hope corporate sees this and gives them a raise and or a few PTO days. They assisted us when we encountered a problem and were very assuring. The store also has a good selection of items fit for whatever your taste I. Clothing or accessories. I will definitely come back here every time.I truly love JCPenney’s and will always be a lifetime supporter
