Total time was 5 weeks, had to reschedule pictures. Warranty was bought specifically for sizing which was over $300. Extremely disappointed in JCP. No one could track it, no one would call to see what the status was either. Do better JCP!

I hope corporate sees this and gives them a raise and or a few PTO days. They assisted us when we encountered a problem and were very assuring. The store also has a good selection of items fit for whatever your taste I. Clothing or accessories. I will definitely come back here every time.I truly love JCPenney’s and will always be a lifetime supporter
