My husband, daughter, and I went into JCPenney over this past weekend to shop for colognes for my hubby. A remarkable young lady named Julia, with stunning purple hair, welcomed us, and offered her assistance. My daughter (6) right away asks about make-up and I quickly acknowledged her request but requested Julia focus on hubby's colognes. She professionally (and cleverly) pointed me to a product line that is good for a younger audience strategically on her way to give my husband the care and attention we wanted for him that day.
After my husband made his selections and was resolved, she then checked on my daughter and I to see if there was anything else we were looking for. Because of her outstanding patience and care, she helped me finally find and purchase the perfect color lipstick for my complexion, make-up tools, eyeshadows, foundation setting powder, fun glitter age appropriate makeup for my kiddo, a sample of foundation for me to try to fix a few problems I have, excellent skin care advice, and more. We were so delighted at our experience with Julia that we practically bought everything she suggested. (And are currently still loving her great suggestions BTW.) - Also, when other customers came in, bravo to her skills in making sure we felt cared for while she took care of other clients simultaneously. True professional. You can tell she loves what she does!
I didn't catch what her title is but she is an excellent sales woman and amazing customer care liaison - wouldn't be surprised if she was a manager by the way we were expertly handled. Because of Julia, we will be returning for all our future make-up and fragrance purchases and have already told a few of our friends about our experience and products. (Parents are already asking where to get the glitter make-up we bought because of Julia!)
So, Thank you, Julia. Thank you JCPenney for having wonderful people like Julia represent your company. I hope JCPenney knows she is worth every penny and compensates her well. She deserves it! She certainly serves you well and has earned 3 new loyal customers. #impressed #realcustomerservice
