Their big and tall section and plus size section for men and women were very nice! Staff were very helpful and kind with helping us find what we needed too!

We were in fairview for dinner plans to show my family the ring, and decided to get it cleaned at JCP in Fairview Heights, IL. HUGE MISTAKE!! I'm completely heartbroken. They ruined my wedding ring. It has scratches all over the bands. I haven't even had it a full week and it's completely trashed! You would think when you buy the care package with your ring that would mean your wedding ring is in good hands. Now the company won't replace my ring unless we buy another $200 care package because I got my ring sized?!?! Do not buy your wedding ring from JCP because when they damage it, they won't fix it.
