  I wish I could give a negative review. The mattress shop at St. Charles Mall is the worse. I ordered a 2K mattress and it was delivered on time but it was damaged. When I called (took 2 days to get someone on the phone). I took pictures of the mattress where it was not sewn properly and the buttons on 4 places were popping out. They took my old mattress so I was forced to sign for it but noted the damage. JC Penny corporate office said i would have to pay a restocking fee of 20% to get a new mattress. All this within the first week of delivery. It took 3 weeks to deliver it so my credit card company had paid the bill. I was so disappointed in the level of service. The many calls and visits to the store. Please just go to a mattress shop to buy a mattress. It is not worth it to purchase from them.

  Belinda Washington did my hair on August 11,2025. I got a touch up and cut. As always, Belinda was patient, professional and extremely helpful. Belinda makes me feel so comfortable, I feel like I’m at home. She gave me exactly what I wanted and was so friendly. I am referring her to everyone I know. Belinda is the best. See you soon

  The staff was very professional and courteous, the customer service was excellent. Kudos to the management staff. It was refreshing to experience good customer service.

  Tannia was incredibly helpful in getting me the best value for my money. I was struggling to find the online coupons but her expertise and dedication made all the difference! Because of her, I will return!
