  Kylie did such an incredible job with our family photos, and just as importantly, with the process. We’ve worked with other photographers and things always turned out fine, but with Kylie it all felt effortless. She guided us with ease, added just the right touch of humor, and voilà!—magic.

  Hey, JC Penny Beauty: Just because someone comes in not wearing makeup doesn't mean they don't know what they're doing. I have one day a week I don't wear makeup to let my skin breath and heal and I just happened to need a Kim Chi concealer. I go in and the associate says hi and I say hello back. I did not ask for help and did not want help. While I was looking at different options, your associate took it upon herself to tell me I was picking wrong and tried to lead me over to more expensive items. She kept explaining to me how to put makeup on and I kept(trying to keep my kindness) telling her I know how to put on makeup. I really wanted to turn around in the middle of her unwelcome advice and leave...honestly I should have! I don't like being talked down to and thats all she was doing. And she really shouldn't be giving me advice...I know...that was mean and I won't ever say it again but teach your associates how to approach customers and let the customers lead the way, NOT the other way around.
