  Tried to buy a bed. Nobody works there. They discontinued my favorite giant towels for different store brands that are made quite cheaply. I expected better from Martha Stewart.

  I had not been in JCP store in several years. I was delighted with how clean, well lit, well staffed and well stocked the store was. I specifically went to look at bed and bath products. I found a large selection of sheets by size, color, quality and price point, unlike Kohls were I could not find one queen size set in a solid color including white. The sheets were on sale and I ended up buying three sets. I looked at towels and also bought a set that was on sale. I browsed housewares and clothing. I was surprised that jewelry was still a true jewelry department instead of cheap self serve. I bought a sterling silver necklace because the sale price was so hard to resist. The sales associates were awesome and checkoutcwas also quick and easy I will shop there again!

  Workers are always really nice, store is always clean and organized, you can always catch good deals. The biggest plus is when you are making returns it's no hassle in very easy to do.
