Hello o been trying to reach Jelwery dept since Sat 20th no one answer that's ridiculous then the operator hung up on me 3 times at first operator was not answering phones at allbad customer service I been calling since Sat 20th no answer today 9/22/25 was the 1st time operator anwer today shame on this location I would like to talk to store manager please reach our to me thanks they need to get their Customer service together and make sure their someone always answering phone shame on Jcpennys in yuba city

How could you guys let a very rude person work there? A lady working in the jewelry I think her name is Shivani She’s very rude and disrespectful not helpful at all. She cares more about her Looks then her customers won’t be shopping there again. This is at the Yuba City one I also saw on Facebook She hit a lady in 2023 How are you guys not taking action on this? Very disappointing…..

Attendants have really bad behavior. Man around in his 30s wearing lite brown t-shirt, had very bad attitude. Wondering why almost everyone looked angry. I will return my purchase items. Will call corporate office. And will never come back to yuba city jc penny

I went in today 6-7-25 for a return of 2 clearance sweaters that had one hole in armpit and hole in front when I bought them. I finally got time to go in today return them within the 60 day policy and was treated poorly and denied return with valid receipt and my card I used for purchase. The manager Shivani was absolutely so rude. She tried showing me a policy on counter saying that no tags=no return but it didn’t say it. Also looked at my receipt and it didn’t say it either. The item could still be matched to receipt plus it’s the only place that sold the brand. Then she said I “chose those sweaters” “how do I know you got them from here” . I work in customer service for 12 years and I have never been treated this way. If you can’t handle customers then you should’ve be in customer service. I will be reaching out as high as I can reach till this issue is resolved. I honestly would’ve even been fine with exchange for same sweaters. The treatment from her was absolutely horrible. Do yourselves a favor and don’t support this location.
