- MCMegan COct 25, 20251.0We scheduled a photoshoot today for 30 minutes and came 15 minutes early. I had work and my sister scheduled off work. We made this appointment a month in advance. We were dressed, and ready to go they told us they had a broken camera. In addition to only 1 camera the previous people went over and took ages choosing photos, then another person I don’t know if they were a walk in or scheduled had 6 people who had 3 outfit who extended their shoot. We asked to go in between them changing they said no. They offered to reschedule but by that point I had to go to work. We left and plan on not returning. That was disappointing, disrespectful and rude. The camera breaking was unforeseen but we scheduled in advance and came early this is unacceptable.
