- EKEDMOND KHACHIOct 15, 20255.0Review for Issak at JCPenney, Arcadia (Visit on Oct 14, 2025): I visited the store to purchase pants advertised with a 25% discount. At checkout, the discount didn’t apply, and when I pointed it out, Issak initially denied the issue and insisted the discount was already included, even though the price clearly showed $38 instead of $24.69. He canceled the first transaction and scanned something on his phone before reapplying the correct discount. While I appreciate receiving the proper price eventually, I was disappointed by the initial resistance and felt misled. My partner also noticed the change after the scan. I hope for more transparency and honesty in future interactions.

Does not keep the customer line order helping customers out of line and having wait otheres that wait ahead of them . Tells customers wait few minutes and not calling support when needed. I think jcp has to have better floor coverage than they do . Always short on coverage. Not good very disappointing
