I kind of had my heart set on it, but it wasn't with the other dresses hung up, and this very sweet employee named Alicia helped me find it, and she was so so nice about it!! I'm so grateful everything worked out, everyone working here is very helpful and kind!

This location has hired very racist individuals I came to shop I had funds to spend of course .& was met with discrimination and racial profiling while all of my white caucasians got a ensured peaceful shopping experience. They followed me the entire time even when I got off the elevators upstairs , I spoke to a manager of course & few days later I accompanied the same store with my family . Yt customers are no better I had a white couple male and woman kick my autistic younger brothers shoe across the entire isle . Because he ran out of them . I'm pretty sure by every incident its bigger than just jcpenny maybe Madison as a whole ...PLEASE DONT SPEND FUNDS HERE ! ILL NEVER BE BACK

- KMKeenon MorrisSep 2, 20253.0Everyone Knows JC Penney used to be the spot to go to. Their store is in such a disarray that you don't know where to start. Sometimes they have the clothes on the clearance rack that are not clearance items and sometimes you can't find what you're looking for. The employees seems to run off when you need them. And at other times their just walking around looking bord with maybe one register open. JC Penny prices are okay, but can be steep at certain times if there is no sales, you might as well go elsewhere. JC Penney is a great store but I wouldn't shop here If I was looking for clothes on a budget.
