  My mother and I went in, we didn't know where the return area was so we asked Euretta where we do returns and she just pointed. We didn't know what she meant, so we asked again and she sighed heavily and said in the back. Then later on when we needed to check out, she was the closest one to us so we waited in line, mind you we were the only ones in line, and we had to wait because she was busy having a conversation with someone that was trying to walk away from her because he saw us waiting. The whole interaction with her was very standoffish and we did not feel welcomed at all. I was going to use my credit card but she never asked and I just wanted to hurry up and leave.

  The cashier would not stop pushing me to sign up for a store credit card. I declined politely, but she brought it up multiple times as if I didn’t understand my own answer. This kind of aggressive upselling makes the shopping experience very unpleasant. If I say no, respect it!

  I was returning an online order for the wrong item sent and the associate gave me the run around because the item was not on the receipt. After almost 20 min she finally returned the item. The store was also filthy.
