I bought 4 rings last week first they told me I had to wait to pick the jewelry up till the sale was over in a week even though I paid for the items even after I told them I do not live in the area then I broke my arm and needed to schedule surgery so I would not be able to pick up the jewelry. I called the store to let them know my situation and I would be sending up my cousin to pick up the pieces and left her name when she showed up Ramona the manager told her no they would hold the pieces and would not give them to her. I cannot wait the 6 weeks recovery time the doctors told me it would before I can drive. I called to just request a refund and Ramona refused to come to the phone. I will never spend another penny in this horrible store And they should fire the manager
